Angie Carozzo learned to work with chocolate from Chef Regis Bernard at Seattle Culinary Academy. That is where she came up with the idea to open Oh Sweet! Chocolate. The economy wouldn't support opening a chocolate shop in 2010 though so she went back to school for nursing Only to find in 2014 that her passion for chocolate was still strong. She decided to go for it and hasn't looked back since. Oh Sweet! Chocolate opened in February of 2015 after several months of contractors to replumb and rewire the space for food service.
Specialties
At Oh Sweet! Chocolate we make fine European style chocolates and espresso drinks from only the best ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. We've partnered with Port Gardner Bay Winery who is now providing the wine for our Washington fruits paired with Washington wines chocolates. We offer Bargreen's coffee which is roasted just a block away from our shop, so our coffee is always fresh. Our pastries come from a local caterer and include fun cookies like Cake Batter Funfetti and Sweet'n'Tangy!
