SpecialtiesWe are a smart living option for University of Washington students due to our convenience, community, and fun atmosphere! At Nordheim Court, we have individual rental agreements that allow each resident to only be responsible for their room. The rental cost includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and cable TV. The apartment also comes pre-furnished with an extra-long twin size bed, dresser, desk and chair, as well as a book shelf and walk in closet. Each bedroom is furnished with a privacy lock, which only you will have the key to. The common areas include a lounge chair, full size sofa (4 bedroom only), end table, coffee table, and a dining room table with four chairs. Furthermore, the kitchen has all major appliances such as a full size refrigerator and freezer, garbage disposal, range oven and stove, microwave, and dishwasher. There are two laundry facilities at Nordheim Court, and a gym that is open 24/7. To add to the convenience, Nordheim is only a 5 minute bus ride or a quick 10 minute walk to campus. The Burke-Gilman trail is right next to the property, so biking is also a great option! Getting groceries, shopping for clothes, or even a fun night out is possible through University Village--the shopping center just a minute away from Nordheim.
