Founded in 1976, the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE) is the largest employee association of the Federal Aviation Administration, dedicated to promoting equal opportunities for African Americans, minorities, and women within the FAA. With eight geographical regions and 26 chapters worldwide, NBCFAE provides support, advocacy, and networking opportunities for its members.
For over 45 years, NBCFAE has been actively involved in the community by offering scholarship opportunities, Aviation Career Education (ACE) Academies, internship programs, and educational grants. The organization's annual National Training Conference brings together members and aviation stakeholders for training, seminars, and networking opportunities, fostering personal and professional development within the industry.
