History

Mile High was started by Ed and Candy Friedman. Husband and wife with nearly 20 years of gymnastics experience between them. From the beginning a course was set for every child who came through their doors to explore and discover a fun place to be. Although not every child is meant to be a gymnast every child can benefit form experience in gymnastics. Mile High has produced several State, Regional, and National Champions.. They are the only gym west of Puget Sound to offer competitive Trampoline & Tumbling.

We focus on Kids learning gymnastics, trampoline, and other skills in a fun, safe environment.
