First Christian Church of Puyallup is a Disciples of Christ congregation. Established in 1905, the church's mission is to provide a gathering of individuals called by God.

Puyallup's Bible Baptist Church, a member of the Independent Association of Baptist Churches, has regular Sunday services, in addition to numerous educational, developmental, ministry and missionary programs both locally and internationally.
