History
Master Michael Davis began training in the martial arts at age 11. He participated in various programs throughout his youth and continued through his college years. In 1990 he joined the Jungyae Martial Arts Academy of Kirkland, a martial arts school that incorporated numerous skills and techniques of self-defense from Korea, Japan and China. He was personally trained by Grand Master Won Kuk Kim, the developer of this system. Upon earning his 1st degree black belt in 1994, he took over the Founder's school and began his career as an instructor in the Jungyae system of martial arts. Since then, he has taught the lessons of self-discipline, confidence, and overcoming personal challenges to hundreds of students throughout the Greater Eastside area.
