At ISMMA we specialize in the instruction and practice of Striking and Grappling arts. We provide curriculum classes in Boxing, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, Submission Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are geared towards teaching members everything from basic technique to successful application, while improving fitness levels and athleticism. All skill levels welcome. Seattle's premier Mixed Martial Arts studio. Home of Team Ivan, Seattle based Mixed Martial Arts team lead by UFC Veteran Ivan Salaverry.
