Great service but they told me they'd prorate rent when I gave notice. Then they said that "prepaid doesn't count" which makes it a scam and they kept two weeks of rent. I paid an auto deduction...

I had made a rental truck reservation here and they changed the reservation to have me pick up the truck in Redmond without telling me, because they were "busy." Extremely poor customer service!
