I had to rematch and rewash and fold every sheet set myself. When I complained, they threatened to stop doing our laundry and charged double

They they turned the white letters and trim pink.

This is what the sheets they delivered looked like for our 5 Star Couples Massage Classes that weekend. Unbelievable.

More "folded" sheet sets returned from Interbay Cleaners for which I was charged $174 (twice the normal going rate).

This is where we finally found all the pillowcases that were suppose to be matched with the other sheet sets and folded.
