The idea of In The Groove DJ Academy was founded by Michael Smith who is also the owner of In The Groove Events, Seattle/Portland's Premier Mobile DJ Company. He has traveled across the world DJ'ing as well as held residences in the Greek Islands. With over 13 years of experience, he decided it was time to share his expert knowledge with people that want to gain the skills and what it takes to become a successful DJ. There is nothing else like this in Seattle, we are very happy to be the first!
