Specialties
Hot Hatha Yoga is a 65 or 90 minute class that is based on traditional postures and breathing exercises. Hot Hatha is in a 105 degree studio. It is a challenging and exciting workout that heals, detoxifies, tones the internal organs, cleanses you from the inside out. Great for beginners. Hot Power is an amazing, fun and challenging workout. It tones, sculpts, heals and detoxifies the body. Yoga Sculpt class is combined with healing movements of Vinyasa Flow and sweat equity of reps and sets with or without weights, this class will deliver results and sharper focus. HYMC Sweat is a strategic blend of yoga inspired postures combined with a flare of upbeat moves that take your workout to the next level. Performed in a 95 degree studio, this class is designed to work the entire body from head to toe. Yin Yoga is a series of postures, held for longer periods of time, designed for the deep stretching of the body's connective tissues. For beginners or students new to Yin yoga. Great for beginners.
