The Henry Moses Aquatic Center shares a large parking lot with the Renton Community Center and Carco Theatre. Open from June 19 through September 6, the 1.6 acre Aquatic Center features a 9,000 square-foot activity pool, two 26-foot water slides, a lazy river, an island lagoon, water spray area, a 3,300 square-foot lap pool and wave pool. There is also a bath house, lockers and The Shark Bites Café. The outside of the center is decorated with a refurbished 1960s dolphin sculpture, a large wall mural of spawning salmon and a 27-foot stainless steel mural of the Duwamish Indian Tribe and the pool's namesake, Henry Moses.
