Hazlewood was opened on October 18th 2005 by Keith Bartoloni, Andrew Church, Ben Shepherd, and Steve Freeborn. Their goal was to open a bar in which Lee Hazlewood and Vincent Price would drink Chartreuse and play cribbage.
