Haggen Northwest Fresh is a grocery store with a concept of "stores within a store." The former Crossroads Top Food and Drug was given a makeover in November 2011 to Haggen Northwest Fresh.
The interior "stores" include local and imported cheeses at Chuckanut Deli, ready made items in Dot's Kitchen, fish and chips at Lummi Bay Fish Market, an in-store butcher, a convenience store with frequently-needed items inside the front door and a produce section, Whatcom Falls Produce, named after a waterfall in Bellingham, where the local chain is headquartered. The store also features a pharmacy.
