Great small neighborhood gym with plenty of exercise machines and weights. Clean mixer area with shower and sauna. Scheduled classes included in monthly fee. Fortunately not crowded!!

Good gym and a good cost. Haven't used any of the personal trainers and don't plan to, so can't speak to that... they have lots of equipment. Front desk staff are always very personable.
