The Redeemer Redmond Church, a member of the Presbyterian Church of America, stresses a message of faith found through the literal word of the Gospels. Spokane, Wash.-native Pastor Andre J Lewis studied throughout the United States before returning to Redmond in 2004. One service is held on Sunday, allowing the entire congregation to be together once a week. There are Sunday School classes for children before the service and youth ministry for children on Sunday evening. Additionally, the men's and women's ministries provide bible study, prayer times, socials, and retreats. The church is located in the heart of downtown Redmond and is surrounded by aesthetic and peaceful landscaping on a background of stained glass. It is an un-intimidating low building with an unusual multiple apex roof line and a spacious interior.
