Pam and Shawn McNeill purchased Just Roses 9 years ago and Full Bloom Flowers and Plants was born. Through hard work, long hours, and a dedication to quality they grew Full Bloom Flowers and Plants into the outstanding company it is today. After 7 years at Pybus Public Market, Pam and Shawn decided to sell the company so Pam could enjoy a semi-retirement. Morgan and Kyle Mott purchased Full Bloom Flowers and Plants from Pam and Shawn in February of 2020 and moved it to downtown Wenatchee. The Motts have the same dedication to providing quality arrangements and outstanding customer service that the McNeill's did. Pam and Morgan now enjoy collaborating together on projects, weddings, and day to day floral adventures.
