After 24 years of national recruiting experience, Shauna Swerland launched Fuel Talent as a woman-owned recruiting firm in 2013. The birth of Fuel Talent came from the realization that there was a market need for a boutique recruiting firm; a high-touch, one-stop shop that could service multiple recruiting needs within one firm. Since 2013, we are humbled by the success we've had and the several awards our team has received. While it is inspiring to be honored as one of the Fastest-Growing Companies in Washington, we are most proud of our recognition in the community as one the top Corporate Philanthropists and Best Workplaces in Washington. We are grateful for our clients and candidates who have helped us get to this place, but this is just the beginning. We are nearing our five-year mark and are excited to continue to scale our business through developing new relationships and nurturing our long-standing ones.
