Some of the community workers are not very nice to the youth playing basketball or when where skateboarding. I met as well just go to the Ymca and play basketball their.

We rented a room for My Aunts Ceremony of Life. It was really great for the price of the rental, even included a kitchen to use. I would suggest bringing music to drown out the Basketball/gym noise.
