Wilcox Family Farm, located in Roy, Wash., is a family-owned business supplying fresh milk and egg products in the Northwest. Established more than 90 years ago, it also provides liquid eggs for bakeries and food service operations, as well as feed supplies for other farms. Deliveries are made by its own trucks, 24-hours a day, direct from the farm processing sites. Its more than 1,800-acre farm has a capacity of over 1.25 laying hens and pullets, including leghorn and hybrid Rhode Island birds. More than 770,000 eggs are gathered each day and packaged for grocery and food service customers in Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Montana, Idaho and Canada. Wilcox Family Farm s dairy division handles more 2 million gallons of fresh milk per month, and its other milk products include chocolate milk, buttermilk, cottage cheese, sour cream and yogurts.
