'Growing fruit is in the Brandt family blood. We've been farming in the Yakima Valley since the early 1900's. The roots of our company start in 1947, when Everette W. Brandt and his wife and lifelong business partner, Ada purchased 16 acres of peaches and cherries. Two years later, temperatures dropped to minus eight degrees, wiping out the local fruit crop. But E.W. and Ada persevered through this. Eventually, they expanded their orchards and brought their sons into the family business. Today, the Brandt sons and grandchildren carry on their passion for producing the highest quality fruit & keeping the family legacy alive.'
