We are one of the few martial arts schools that offers both personalized and group lessons to every student: the weekly lessons teach new material, while the group classes allow students to practice the material with a welcoming community of age- and rank-appropriate peers. We offer classes in such areas as tactical fitness, sparring, women's self-defense, anti-bullying, weapons, as well as an amazing yearly tournament where students can compete with each other.
