The historic Steam Plant is home to Stacks restaurant and Steam Plant Brewing Co. & Pub. Stacks restaurant, named for the plant’s twin smokestacks, offers a full-service dining experience surrounded by original pipes, machinery and catwalks. The restaurant features unique private dining rooms carved from its boilers. Stacks signature dishes are created from scratch – including smoked meats, fish and vegetables, and many of its own ales. The Steam Plant Brewing Co. brews eleven handcrafted beers on-site including several seasonal varieties. Kegs and growlers are available. The Pub serves up the Steam Plant beer under 65’ ceilings open to the four stories above. It’s an industrial chic atmosphere to enjoy multiple flat screens and game tables – complemented by our menu items.
