DancePowered originally operated under a different name as a Zumba format, then changed over to Dance Fitness format, dancing to hip hop and top forty, to original choreography created by Jennifer Cepeda.

Adult Dance Fitness Classes for all levels! Our current followers include dancers, instructors, beginners and everyone in-between, burning 500-1000 calories an hour, and dancing to creative choreography set to the hits of hip hop, pop and more! This is a challenging format in both speed and movement. Bring your willingness to learn, your ability to laugh, and intention to dance your heart out! Newcomers, don't hesitate to come try classes! This is a friendly, supportive class environment!
