History

Fletcher McLean and Neil Stuchal have worked in the industry for 20+ years and are now on their own. Living in Anacortes for 10+ years and seeing the need for outstanding BBQ in Anacortes they decided to start small and open Anacortes' first mobile food trailer. Everything scratch means everything wonderful.

Good portions and decent food. Sauce and/or meat needs a bit more seasoning. Would recommend getting bbq sauce on the side if you go Carolina style as the hog wash is mildly seasoned vinegar....
