CrossFit Spokane has been in Business in Spokane since 2006. Mike and Angela started out of their garage while Mike was active duty Air Force stationed here at Fairchild AFB. Over the years they have grown the business and continue to grow by providing quality coaching and training. CrossFit Spokane is registered with the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating also Mike was voted by Inland Business Catalyst as one of the Top 20 Business owners under the age of 40 for 2012. CrossFit Spokane was also named 3rd place in Spokane Cda Living magazine
