HistoryLakeview Design & Construction, Inc. was started in 1985 as Seattle Solarium, a partnership between Bob Dorres & Rollin Francisco. We started out with an extensive background in energy conservation solar greenhouses, and specialty glazing. However, this developed a real passion for the whole process of remodeling from design through completion. Today, Bob runs a small number of curated remodels each year with his son Daniel, who has worked for Lakeview Design & Construction for over 10 years.SpecialtiesWe specialize in remodeling, specifically home additions, kitchen & bath remodels, and making your house feel like your home.
