The Commission Express business was established on the east coast in 1992 and has grown nationally since 1996 to become the largest commission advance franchise in the country. I am the first local franchisee of the Commission Express business in Seattle, with previous owners having been based out-of-state. As a result, I have been able to establish client relationships with agents from RE/MAX, Windermere, Prudential, John L Scott, and many other brokerages in the region. Most of my clients are repeat customers, but whether the agents need to accelerate cash flow once or periodically, the service is universally valued by our customers are essential for the success of their business.
Specialties
We are the leader in providing commission advances to real estate agents and brokers on their pending, contingency free, transactions. We will purchase commission receivables on residential, commercial, and selected land transactions. By accelerating the cash flow from pending transactions, our clients are able to invest in marketing, listing signs, auto expenses, referral programs - all of the things that can bring them increased commission revenue. We fill in the gaps in cash flow that are natural in the real estate business and help agents stay focused on their transactions. Not all commission advance companies are alike. Unlike the competition, we are local and involved in the local Realtor associations. We have strong, personal relationships with our customers and are able to provide the kind of customized service only a local firm can. We are the only commission advance company that is able to deposit funds in your local bank account the same day as your application.
