History

Chinese Wushu & Tai Chi Academy established in 1996 by Master Yi Jiao Hong. Master Hong has taught thousands students and invited to perform and seminars in big Seattle area, cross US national and internationally. Currently, Master Hong also teaches Taichi at University of Washington.

Specialties

Master Instructor Yi Jiao Hong is a 12th generation descendant of Chen Style Tai chi and in-chamber disciple of Grand Master Cehn Zhenglei, former assistant professor of ZheJiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China, has been teaching Taichi in Seattle, US and internationally for over 30 years. Master Hong was a national and International TaiChi Grand Champion. In 2001 her 2 students won gold and silver medals in Chen Style taichi at the first world taichi and health Conference, China. Master Hong also teaches taichi at UW.

Z-Ultimate Self Defense Studios

Z-Ultimate Self Defense is a martial arts and self-defense training studio. Every student that enrolls in the program receives 30 minutes of private instruction each week. Students may attend as many group sessions as they wish per week. It also offers women's self-defense classes.
