History
Cherry Lane Preschool was founded by Amanda Smith. Previous to starting the school, she received a degree in Child Development. After working as a day/care preschool director for preschool franchise in the mid-west, Amanda traveled to Greece to work with children. Upon returning to The United States, Mrs. Smith intended to start a preschool once her own young children had entered elementary school. However, Amanda was dismayed by her inability to find an organized, academic program that also taught Christian values. This led her to found Cherry Lane Preschool, which both of her children have now attended.
