CAPA, also kin own as Community Alternatives for People with Autism, is a nonprofit agency that deals in the development of residential and vocational services for adults with autism spectrum disorders to achieve personal growth, independence and integration. It serves the residents of Washington. The agency maintains an appropriate balance of protection and autonomy through individualized instructional programs, daily routines, alternative communication systems and positive behavior support plans as needed. CAPA operates Keystone Employment Services, which administers Pathway to Employment, which is a program that assists with building skills and prepares individual for competitive employment in the community.
