History
Although a Montana native, I have lived locally in Pacific County, Washington since 1975. Having been told my whole life that my gift was massage therapy and healing, I eventually sought out my advanced massage therapy training in 2008 from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy and Massage, located in Olympia, Washington. This highly renowned massage school specializes in deep tissue massage, structural bodywork, injury treatment, medical and sports massage therapy, in addition to many other advanced massage and bodywork modalities. Immediately upon graduating and receiving my license, I opened my own practice and have been the proud owner of Body Essence Massage since 2009.
