I struggled with prioritizing my own health and fitness for years. I was constantly feeling bad about myself, which led to me accepting less than I deserved in all areas of my life. When I changed my relationship with food, started loving myself more, and took the holistic approach to wellness, I started seeing real progress. I am inspired to share my journey and my practice with others so that they too can feel their very best.
