My name is Benjamin Oclaray and I am a NASM certified personal trainer with additional certifications in sports performance and nutrition. I have been in the fitness industry for 10 years and after many years of working in an industry that only cares about profit I decided to strike out on my own. My philosophy is a customer's goals should be made a priority and naturally the profit will follow. I design workouts to fit the individual and to make their goals not only attainable but also sustainable. I can help with weight loss, muscle gain, sport performance, nutrition, and/or just to live a better quality of life.

Eliminating the fear of big box gyms by creating a personal environment to help people achieve their fitness goals. By training smarter, not harder, clients are able to enjoy the process of losing weight, gaining muscle, performing better in sports, and to function better in an everyday environment. Understanding that everyone is different and have different goals to hit, we take great care in structuring a plan unique to the individual. This also includes the application of nutrition and how it relates to the client's goals.
