I took a taxi and forgot my backpack, I called the next morning the guy answered and when I mentioned my backpack all he kept saying was " call me when you need a ride" and kept hanging up on me....

Hmmmm....they now take credit cards, BUT they don't go to the airport (i.e. they only go to Richland & Kennewick). D'oh.

Terrible service. Called for a cab on a Sunday afternoon. Got a recording on a cell phone saying the user's voice mail box hasn't been set up. AVOID!
