Air-O Fitness was started in 2017 with the idea that fitness and nutrition can be for anyone. We have a strong experienced team that believes in the vision. Fitness and community can be one and that's what Air-O will continue to do.
Specialties
Air-O Fitness is a one of kind gym, that incorporates H.I.I.T,, weight lifting and aerobic exercises in group classes. The workouts are 45 minutes long and run 14 classes a day to work with any schedule. Air-O rotates between upper body, lower body and core/cardio in an energizing and supportive community. You can start as a general member and workout when available, and/or you can participate in a challenge.
