Aging and Adult Care of Central Washington works with and through community organizations to administer a wide range of services for adults 60 years and above and people with disabilities. Some of its services include case management, family caregiver support program, kinship caregivers support program, nursing services, long-term care ombudsman services, mental health ombudsman services and senior farmers market nutrition program. AACCW serves Adams, Chelan, Douglas, Grant, Lincoln, and Okanogan counties in the state of Washington. The agency and its programs are funded through a partnership of federal, state and local governments. The grant is allocated through the Administration on Aging and, with state funds, is distributed to the AACCW through the Aging and Disabilities Services Administration of the Department of Social and Health Services. AACCW is part of the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging and Washington Association of Area Agencies on Aging. AACCW has branches in East Wenatchee, Moses Lake and Omak, Wash.
