Zinger Fit provides small group training exclusively for women of all levels of fitness. Our HIIT classes consist of a dynamic warmup and an endless combination of resistance, weight, core, balance, and cardio training in a circuit-style class. Our ballet-inspired Barre classes lengthen and strengthen in a low-impact workout that will provide maximum results.
