Coy Whitman in 2003, after a 33 year career as an Air Force Command Pilot and an USAir Captain, started a new career as a Realtor. Also Julia Whitman, wife, started a Real Estate Career in 2003. Son, Matthew Whitman graduated with a Business Degree from Virginia Commonwealth U. and joined the Whitman Real Estate Team. In 2015, daughter, Meagan Whitman graduated with a Degree in Communications, from Liberty U, and joined the Whitman Real Estate Team. We have been Realtors with several Real Estate Brokers in the Fredericksburg VA area. We are now Realtors with Samson Properties, the fastest growing Real Estate Brokerage in Virginia with over 1710 independent agents.
