HistoryThe Inner Arts Center was begun to provide unique training in personal development not readily found elsewhere. Emphasis is on using imagery, self-coaching, relaxation techniques, and positive psychology to help people achieve goals near and dear to their heart. These methods both remove obstacles and heighten creativity, focus, and ease. In 2005 the doors were opened with a frequent schedule of workshops. Future growth will include: adding new instructors and some evening programs.
