Specialties
Unwinding Touch is a massage/Myofascial Release business located in Old Town Manassas. We specialize in John Barnes Myofascial Release, as well as Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. The sessions are client-centered because we care about the people we work with. Each massage is individually tailored to what each client wants or needs, whether that is with deep tissue or a more gentle touch. Therapeutic bodywork has many benefits, including reducing or eliminating pain, relaxation, stress reduction, improving posture and circulation, and it strengthens the immune system. An hour session is a full 60 minutes of hands-on therapy.
