Twisted Biscuits is owned by two down-to-earth chefs who have a huge passion for serving amazing food! Both are culinary graduates from rival schools, which makes for a great team! Hayley Tew is a graduate from JWU with 10 years of experience in the food industry. Ian Judd is a graduate from the CIA with 15 years of experience and has spent the last 8 years as the Sous Chef at The Ivy Inn. Both chefs strive to use good quality, local ingredients and they make everything from scratch; even the Cajun seasoning!! They are super stoked to be serving up made from scratch buttermilk biscuits with a twist to Albemarle, Greene and the surrounding area! Come check them out for breakfast and lunch! #bitemybiscuit
