Founded in 1957, Maude Trevvett Elementary School serves students in kindergarten through grade five. The school is a part of Henrico County Public Schools, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools, as well as technical centers. Its general academic curriculum includes English, math, science and social studies. Maude Trevvett Elementary School provides the English as a Second Language program. It features a media center that maintains a collection of educational software, reference materials, and fiction and nonfiction books. Maude Trevvett Elementary School offers transportation, speech therapy and guidance counseling services. It also conducts classes in art, music and physical education.
