Steve & Wendy started as S&W Remodeling and Repair in 1999. In 2007 we became THS Property Management, Inc. We are a Virginia licensed contractor, providing maintenance, repairs and remodeling to property owners through out Northern Virginia. In 2015 we added the THS Mechancial division for heating & air conditioning services and also changed our Main company name to THS Property Services, Inc. We also handle water damage claims for insurance, the plumbing repairs if that's what caused the water damage and rebuilding after all of this happens as well.
