In the summer of 2014 we started offering mind body fitness retreats to expats in Beijing. In Fall of 2015 we expanded operations to the USA where we have worked with companies, schools and individuals who want to stress less and live more!
Specialties
We offer mindfulness programs for schools, companies and the community. For companies, we offer team-building, stress relief, focus and resiliency programs. In the classroom, we use music and movement to provide hands-on emotional regulation and concentration programs. And we bring classes, workshops and day retreats to communities of all shapes and sizes. Join us daily for yoga, acupuncture and meditation with a twist, or for 8-week programs and special events. Feel good. Real good.
