We started with the idea of a concept store. A place where you could find lots of amazing, small boutiques each with their own character and charm. We're different from any other shop in Richmond. Our retailers rent space from us with a year's lease. Their monthly rent includes almost everything: credit card fees, utilities, staffing, merchandising, packaging and gift wrap, supplies, care & maintenance of the interior & exterior of the building. It's a great way to have a retail business without the hassle of a brick & mortar establishment. Lots of our retailers have completely other professions. All the fun but none of the worries!
