Unlike mass-market tech support companies, we do not hire uncertified "geeks" to work with your computers while charging premium rates. Extra certifications held by our consultants include Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and CompTIA Network+, to name a few.
