Water stains showing water coming in from the gutter that Saunders built.

More of the thick, funky mold caused by Saunder's leaky roof job. The mold is making us sick. And Saunders won't even fix the leak!

Some of the weird molds growing on the inside of my brick walls now under Saunder's leak.

This is the TPO that Saunders installed new last year. There are too many seams in the material, which is letting water in.

The drywall and insulation in my walls was covered in black mold under Saunder's leak. I had to remove it all myself.
