Growing up, I was literally immersed in the painting industry. When I was a baby, my father--a veteran painter--re-appropriated a five-gallon paint bucket to bathe me. As I grew, I entertained myself by scraping old paint off windows and playing on my father's construction sites. As a young adult, I learned the basics of paint and ladder safety.
