Pat, the owner and sole technician of Pats Maintenance began working in the service trades at the age of 14. After 15 years of working for several of the areas large to midsize companies I was able to master the mechanical trades to the level needed to qualify for and ultimately recieve the licences I needed to start my own buisness. With 4 children,a mortgage and auto loans the primary reason to attempt self employment was obvious. Beyond that was also a strong desire to provide customers the services they needed at reasonable prices. Directed at repairing and maintaining their systems to best possible eficiencys and longest life spans as opposed to the practice of many companies of guiding customers to buying new equipment.Rather than doing the often less profitable jobs of repairing their existing equipment. I feel that the long term relationships Ive made with my customers is from serving them in ways that profit us both equally. This has worked well for 24 years now and continues!
